The Shy Girl’s Guide to Dumbbells is designed for the beginner/intermediate level user.
This program is ideal for the ladies who are a little shy or intimidated by the gym. But don’t get me wrong - if you feel like working out dead center of the gym, GO FOR IT! If you feel like working out in the corner, GO FOR IT! I encourage you to take up space and find your comfort. Working out is for everybody and for every body.
Whether you’re in your oversized sweater, or your matching two piece all you’ll need is a set or two of dumbbells. This is an 8 week progressive overload program designed to target your full body. It involves a 5 day per week workout split. Demonstration videos are linked to each exercise.
